Multi-Sports 
Program

The JASA "Recreation" Sports Program is a foundational program that gives Junior Athletes who are not dedicated to one specific sport a broader exposure to the training and competing in popular Team and Individual Sports. This all happens during the “School Day” to ensure there’s a balance of time dedicated to both Studies and Sports.

The Recreation Sports Program includes Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Pickleball and other indoor sports.

In addition, the Recreation Fitness & Wellness Program feature coached-classes by the True Arena Trainers such as Yoga, Spinning, HiiT, Strength & Conditioning, TRX Training and more.

Finally, Recreation Program Students enjoy a once-weekly session of the Elite Programs: Tennis, Soccer, Swimming and Golf.

Breakfast 

A nutritious breakfast is essential for fueling our athletes for a productive day of training and studying. 

 

Morning Studies

After training, our athletes have a dedicated study period where they can work on their academic assignments in a quiet and supportive environment at the True Arena Study Centre.

Morning Sports with the Elite Program Coaches

Recreation Students will plug-into one of the Elite Programs each day at True Arena. Depending on scheduling, the Junior Recreation Athletes will ​enjoy sessions of Tennis, Soccer, Swimming and Golf throughout the week.

Lunch 

A healthy and balanced lunch is provided to our athletes to refuel and recharge before the afternoon training and study sessions. 

Afternoon Studies

Our athletes continue their academic studies with another dedicated study period. 

Afternoon Recreation Sports & Fitness/Wellness Program

Our Recreation Program students will be joined by other JASA Junior Athletes for Sports and Coached-Classes.

Sports will take place in the air-conditioned 100PLUS Sports Hall, which offers Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Pickleball and more.

Our True Arena Coaches will run classes that focus on Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility and Flexibility and Endurance Training; such as: Yoga, HiiT, Spinning, Strength & Conditioning, TRX training and other coached-classes.
