JASA Football Program

The JASA Football Program offers two distinct pathways for students to elevate their football career: College showcase and scholarship opportunities, or professional placement and visibility. The program will be led by Head Coach and former player Ryan Reece, who will operate it at True Arena. JASA football Players will have the unique opportunity to train daily with a Professional Thai League Team. Additionally, the program is partnered with the well-known RMPUS Soccer program, which has successfully helped over 250 students secure NCAA football scholarships since 2012. 

Ryan Reece embodies the very essence of JASA's mission. As a former NCAA college scholarship Full Ride recipient himself, Ryan's dedication to football has taken him around the world, playing professionally for clubs in several countries. He now runs Asia Football Showcase which specializes in in organizing showcases and securing professional and scholarship placements for talented players. AFS also offers residential programs, where promising players train with professional teams, which helps secure professional contracts upon completion of their training.

AFS/JASA is partnered with the esteemed RMPUS Academy in Canada, ensuring that JASA's junior athletes have access to all the resources they need - including elite football training and education through NPU - to pursue college scholarships and professional contracts in football.


Ryan's remarkable efforts have resulted in over 100 successful placements for players in Asia, a testament to his unwavering commitment to the sport and to the athletes he works with.

Technique Development:

learning the correct techniques for key skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and tackling through drilling and video observation. Consistency is key, as players must be able to execute these techniques effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

Pyrometric/Agility & Injury Prevention:

Cone drills, ladder drills, and sprinting exercises are utilized in professional football to develop speed, endurance, and power. These training drills enhance a player's ability to effectively execute key skills such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defending, by improving their footwork, agility, and overall physical fitness.

Performance and Conditioning: 

AFS nurtures performance and conditioning in younger professional football players through age-appropriate training programs, tailored to their developmental stage, and utilizing modern sports science techniques.

World Leading Methodology & Didactics:

Our football methodology encompasses the application of a range of physical and tactical training techniques, intended to enhance performance and meet predefined objectives. Meanwhile, our didactics pertains to the instructional methods utilized by AFS coaches and trainers in a professional atmosphere to cultivate players' skills, tactical awareness, and game comprehension.

Identity & Leadership

AFS emphasizes the development of identity and leadership in professional football by fostering individuality, promoting team cohesion, and providing opportunities for players to take on leadership roles and responsibilities.

Mental Strength and Match Fitness 

AFS helps younger professional football players achieve their peak performance by creating training sessions that simulate match scenarios, progressively intensify, and enhance their physical and mental readiness through improved endurance. This training method allows coaches to provide constructive feedback, fostering players' continuous development.

Data Analytics

AFS utilizes data analytics in youth development football to assess players' performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed decisions to optimize training and development programs for each individual player.

Our student-athletes will have at least one match day per week on either Wednesday or Saturday, which will replace one of the regular training sessions.



A nutritious breakfast is essential for fueling our athletes for a productive day of training and studying. 


Morning Football Training @ True Arena

Our morning training session is designed to improve our athletes' technical skills, tactical awareness, physical fitness, and mental resilience. We focus on a variety of drills, exercises, and activities that are tailored to our athletes' age, skill level, and position. 


Morning Studies

After training, our athletes have a dedicated study period where they can work on their academic assignments in a quiet and supportive environment at the True Arena Study Centre.



A healthy and balanced lunch is provided to our athletes to refuel and recharge before the afternoon training and study sessions. 

Afternoon Sports & Fitness/Wellness Classes

The Football Program Junior Athletes will join students from other academies and the Recreation Program students for the multi-sport and fitness/wellness class program.


Sports will take place in the air-conditioned 100PLUS Sports Hall, which offers Basketball, Badminton, Volleyball, Pickleball and more.


Our True Arena Coaches will run classes that focus on Cardio, Strength & Conditioning, Mobility and Flexibility and Endurance Training; such as: Yoga, HiiT, Spinning, Strength & Conditioning, TRX training and other coached-classes.


Afternoon Studies

Our athletes continue their academic studies with another dedicated study period. 


Afternoon Training Session with Thai Professional Football Team 

Our afternoon training session is focused on team tactics, strategy, and game simulation. We use a variety of drills, exercises, and activities that are designed to improve our athletes' teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills. 


Success with JASA

In the JASA program, every player who joins will automatically enter the competitive program. This means that upon joining, they will have the opportunity to participate in organized competitions and train with a pro team in a competitive environment.


Elite Selection

In order to determine eligibility for the elite program within JASA, an assessment process is conducted. This assessment evaluates various aspects of the player's abilities, including their technical skills, physical fitness, tactical understanding, and overall performance. The assessment is designed to identify players who demonstrate exceptional talent, potential, and dedication.
